About Kyan
Hi! My name is Coach Kyan (pronounced similar to the pepper). At Genie Academy, I teach all sections of the SAT, as well as Abacus Math, Common Core, Reading/Writing, and coding! I have a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Comparative Literature, along with years of tutoring experience. I believe that the challenging aspects of learning can be the most rewarding with the right mindset—I hope to empower students through this process and help them learn what they are capable of.
