Break

Notice must be given and the break form signed by the 15th of the previous month.

Discontinuation

One full month’s notice is required. Give notice by the 1st of your last month and sign the discontinuation form before your next bill.

Coaches Can Change

We employ college educated, fully trained, and certified coaches. They are human. They fall sick, take vacations, and have birthdays, anniversaries, marriages, and children.

When a coach calls out, an equally qualified coach will substitute for the class. In the rare event we cannot arrange a substitute, we may cancel the class and provide you with a makeup. Just as we allow you to cancel a class, we ask for your patience when we need to arrange a substitute or, on rare occasions, cancel one.

Makeups

Cancel a class ahead of time and you get a makeup for that class. There is no cap. Cancel as often as you need, as long as each cancellation comes ahead of time.

Classes can be cancelled on the Parent Portal or by emailing Customer Support. Cancelling by phone, voicemail, or SMS is currently not supported.

Makeups never expire as long as you are enrolled at Genie Academy and can be taken at any center or online.
