We’ve had such a great experience with this program, especially working with Miss Heidi in the reading course. She’s been incredible with my six-year-old—so patient, attentive, and truly invested in how he learns. What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just focus on academics. She also supports him emotionally, helping him work through frustration and big feelings in the moment. That balance of emotional support and academic instruction has made a real difference for him. Miss Heidi also provides helpful feedback after every session. I receive detailed emails that include what they worked on, where he’s showing progress, what he’s still working through, and what the homework is. She’s even open to video check-ins, which I’ve found really valuable as a parent trying to stay in the loop and support from home. He’s only been attending for a short time, but I can already see growth—not just in his reading skills, but in his confidence and ability to self-regulate. We first learned about the program through Miss Paola, who’s also fantastic. She has a warm and engaging way with the students, and it’s clear she helps create an environment that makes kids want to learn. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I’ve noticed a strong emphasis on marketing and review requests, which can feel a little overdone at times. I understand they’re growing as a company, but I believe the amazing work Miss Heidi and Miss Paola are doing should speak for itself. Overall, I’m really grateful we found this place. The team here supports the whole child—not just in what they’re learning, but in how they’re growing. Highly recommend!

We have both of our kids with the Genie Program - 9yr old and 5 yr old. Our teachers are Ms. Heidi and Ms. Rima. After about a year into the programs, we realize we are in the best place with the most consistent learning environment.
