At Genie Academy, we believe in recognizing students who embody excellence—not just academically, but in character, attitude, and leadership. This month, we’re incredibly proud to highlight seven outstanding students who are shining examples of what it means to be part of our Genie family. Their hard work, positivity, and commitment to growth inspire everyone around them.
Aarush M. (Plainsboro)

Beyond being the friendliest person to all his peers and coaches he is a bright kid that works hard and comes to class with a smile. Aarush always brings questions that make us as adults wonder "hmm he's got a point." He's curious and enthusiastic about learning not just completing work but all things related to learning. Despite his chatter box tendencies he gets his work done with a smile. He comes to class ready to work and makes all peers feel welcome. Homework is always done, he's ready to help others, he follows directions, and is a delight in class. Excellent behavior and very much aligned with Genie Academy's core values. Wonderful job to Aarush!

Sanjay is an incredibly bright and positive student. He always comes in with a smile on his face and is a great leader. He consistently works hard in class, staying focused and productive without a need for reminder. He is a great friend to everyone in class and is very polite and helpful to everyone he meets.

I’m excited to recognize Adharsh B. as our Student of the Month! Adharsh began reading and writing with me back in September and has shown exceptional growth since then. His confidence has noticeably blossomed, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work and progress. What stands out most about Adharsh is his willingness to ask questions when he doesn’t understand something which is a key part of how we expand our learning! He is always respectful, consistently completes his homework and classwork, works diligently and quietly, and is kind to others. I’m incredibly proud of his dedication and the progress he has made. Keep up the great work, Adharsh!

Rishi is a hardworking and independent student that shows up to every class ready to learn. Rishi takes on every challenge he comes across despite any challenges he may face. In both his math and reading classes, Rishi does his best job and makes every effort to learn and grow with each class. We are proud here at Genie Academy to help support Rishi, as he shows us all the effect that hard work and self-determination has on education.

Vivaan is very independent, very smart and always willing to learn more.Vivaan is driven by an eagerness to tackle more advanced problems. His enthusiasm for learning and desire to push beyond his grade level are truly commendable.
Asa S. (Hillsborough)

Asa has improved immensely here at Genie, as well as in school. Today on 6/19/2024, I saw him produce responses that contained 0 errors structurally and grammar wise. I've seen him improve a lot in terms of effort and quality. Mom mentioned he ended 8th grade with an A in English, and his improvements in school have helped him get into Algebra 2 as a freshman. We intend to see him enter into honors and above for his other classes in the near future.

Sanavi always works hard in class. Always attentive and asks great questions. Sanavi recently completed her abacus program. Her mental math skills are outstanding, and she consistently shows curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and embracing new challenges.
